Frequently asked questions
What do I need to bring?
After you engage us, you'll receive a personalized organizer and checklist in your dashboard listing exactly which documents to upload: W-2s, 1099s, K-1s, mortgage and property tax statements, charitable receipts and business records.
Can you file an extension?
Yes. We file extensions when they're in your best interest. An extension extends the time to file, not to pay, so we'll estimate any balance due so you avoid penalties.
Do you handle IRS letters?
Yes. Forward any notice through the dashboard and we'll review it, explain it in plain English, and respond on your behalf under a power of attorney.
